
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Returns of defective or wrong item/size item
- Returns of item for one-time size exchange for the same design at FOC
- Returns of item with measurement error
- Returns of item for exchange to other designs and get a store credit refund. The total refund amount will less any discount given upon purchase (including shipping fee if the total order value is less than the required order amount for free shipping) and an RM10 processing fee will incur for each returned piece. Credit will be valid for 365 days.
- Returns of item for the FIRST-TIME only. We reserve the right to decline the return if the ordered item was returned & exchanged before
For store credit refunds for design exchange, kindly note that it can only be credited in whole numbers. Any decimal point will not be rounded up.
- Kindly ensure the items are in their original condition whereby unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still with their tags intact.
- Customer to inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item, fill up the Return & Exchange Form and email the soft copy back to us at theblackbow01@gmail.com, or via Facebook/Instagram inbox.
- Customer to post out the item to us within 10 days after informing us. Return and exchange are strictly not allowed if exceeded the period.
- Customers are fully responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please appoint a registered courier service company for the returns and keep all proof of mailing (eg.: consignment notes, tracking number) from the courier service company.
- For size exchange, customers are responsible for the postage cost of the returns. For defect or wrong item, The Black Bow will bear the postage cost in the condition that customers appointed a legally registered courier service company for the returns at a standard postage rate (RM8 for WM; RM15 for EM). Reimbursement of postage costs will be in the form of store credit.
- All returns procedures will be dealt via mailing only.
- Sale items under the 'On Sale' category cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions for Postage Reimbursement:-
- The Black Bow will only provide postage reimbursement if the customer received a defective/wrong item.
- Customer to inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item & send us a clear photo of the defect area/part.
- Customer to appoint a registered courier service company for the returns and keep all proof of receipt from the courier service company.
- Customer received defective item(s) and do no wish to get a replacement
- Customer received defective item(s) but the item is out-of-stock and we could not provide an exchange for customer
- Customer received wrong item/size, but the item is out-of-stock and we could not provide an exchange for customer
- Customer requested for a refund due to customer finds the item not suitable/do not like the item/wish to exchange to other designs. The total refund amount will less any discount given upon purchase (including shipping fee if the total order value is less than the required order amount for free shipping) and an RM10 processing fee will incur for each returned piece.
