After an order is placed and confirmed:

To be handed over to local logistic partner in 1 to 2 working days. While we strive to accommodate requests for expedited shipping within 24 hours, please note that we cannot guarantee this service. Regrettably, cancellations will not be permitted if the order has not been shipped within the specified timeframe. |
| Preorder item only |
A minimum of 12 to 16 days is required to hand over to local logistic partner. In certain situations, delay may happen due to a delay in shipment or manufacturing. The Black Bow may not inform customers if there’s a slight delay. Customers are welcomed to check with us on the order status by emailing us at postmaster@theblackbow.com.my, or pm us on FB or IG. |
| Ready stock + Preorder | Order fulfillment shall follow the preorder timeframe. All items will be shipped in one shipment by default.
If customers would like to request for separate shipment, kindly email us your order number at postmaster@theblackbow.com.my, or pm us on FB or IG. Please note that an extra shipping fee might be incurred for separate shipments. |
After an order is shipped or handed over to local logistic partner:
| West Malaysia | To be delivered in 2 to 3 working days. |
| East Malaysia & Singapore | To be delivered in 5 to 10 working days. |
| Other countries | To be delivered in 10 to 30 working days. |
| Johor Bahru areas | Same day delivery: Customer may contact us to arrange delivery via Grab or Lalamove. Extra fee may incur. |
