• 认识常见穿搭风格，探索自己的喜好与特质

• 建立主风格、辅助风格与个性点缀的初步方向

DAY 2｜色彩逻辑

• 学习四季色彩理论，理解冷暖、明暗与饱和度

• 认识色彩如何影响整体视觉印象

• 学习基础配色方法，拆解常见选色迷思

DAY 3｜身形穿搭

• 学习观察与自测身形的方法

• 理解服装比例、线条与版型的关系

• 运用穿搭技巧，突出自身优势

DAY 4｜整体形象应用

• 认识日常妆容重点，结合色彩与风格思路

• 整合服装、妆容与配饰，建立整体协调感

• 根据工作、休闲与社交需求，整理个人穿搭方向

This course explores personal style, colour, body shape and everyday makeup, helping you discover what makes you unique and develop a clearer approach to dressing.

4-Day Course Outline

DAY 1｜Personal Style Direction

• Explore common fashion styles and identify your preferences and personal qualities

• Reflect on “who I am now” and “how I want to present myself”

• Develop an initial direction for your main style, supporting style and personal accents

DAY 2｜Colour Logic

• Learn the four-season colour theory and understand warmth, lightness and depth, and saturation

• Explore how colour influences your overall visual impression

• Learn basic colour-coordination methods and unpack common misconceptions about choosing colours

DAY 3｜Body Shape & Styling

• Learn how to observe and assess your body shape

• Understand the relationship between clothing proportions, lines and cuts

• Use styling techniques to highlight your natural strengths

DAY 4｜Putting Your Look Together

• Learn the essentials of everyday makeup and connect them with colour and style

• Bring clothing, makeup and accessories together for a cohesive look

• Develop styling ideas for work, leisure and social occasions
