1. How long can I get my order after payment made?
For ready stock items, we will ship the items to you within 3 business days after payment confirmed. For preorder items, we will ship out around 12-16 business days after payment confirmed. Normally another 3-5 business days are required for delivery within West Malaysia, 7-14 days are required for delivery to East Malaysia, and 10-15 days are required for delivery to Singapore. For more info, please check out our Delivery & Shipping here.

2. Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry that no cancellations can be made to your order once the order is placed. Should you have any issues with the order, feel free to contact our customer service by leaving a message to us via the message box in the top right corner of our website, or drop us an email at theblackbow01@gmail.com. Our working hour is 10am to 7pm from Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm for Satuday . We'll reply to you soonest possible after we received your message.

3. Can I change the ordered item after payment made and before I receive the item?
We could not change the order once the order status is changed to 'Confirmed'. 4. Is it possible for me to exchange or return the ordered item after I received it?
We accept exchange and return if there is a size issue, defect, wrong item/size, or measurement error. We allow one-time size exchange for the same design. For more info, please check out our Return & Exchange Policy here.

5. If I would like to exchange or return an item, what is the timeline for me to send back the item?
Kindly inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item, and the returned item must reach us within 25 days from the date you raise the issue to us. For more info, please check out our Return & Exchange Policy here.

6. How long can I get the exchanged item?
For ready stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for us to post out to you. For preorder item, please allow 16-20 days for us to post out to you. For more info, please check out our Delivery & Shipping here.

7. How long do I need to wait to get back refund?
Within 5 working days after the necessary refund procedures are completed. Please check out our refund conditions and procedures at Return & Exchange Policy here.

8. I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?
Please accept our sincere apology that you had received a defective item. Kindly email a clear photo of the defective area and your order number to us at theblackbow01@gmail.com within 5 days upon receipt of the item.

9. How to send back the item for exchange?

10. Can I do physical pick up, exchange or return? 
We are sorry that we do not provide physical pick up, exchange or return service. All sales and exchange activities will be dealt via mailings only.

11. Where is your outlet located?
We are having online store only at the moment. 

12. Can you deliver to P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, our courier partners DO NOT deliver to P.O. Box address.  

13. Can I change my delivery address and how do I change delivery address?
Delivery address can be changed as long as the order is not shipped yet.
